Clintondale FD- Budget Public Hearing
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the Clintondale Fire District of the Town(s) of Plattekill and Lloyd, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Clintondale Fire District, for its consideration.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Clintondale Fire House, 1063 Route 44-55, Clintondale, New York 12515, in the Town of Plattekill, State of New York on the 17th day of October, 2024.
Pursuant to Town Law ยง105, the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing.
A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk(s) of the Town(s) of Plattekill and Lloyd located in Modena and Highland, respectively and from Fire District Secretary at cfdtreasurer@hotmail.com.
