Due to the unusually hot and humid weather the Town of Plattekill Town Hall is available to any resident in need of relief from the heat. Our building has air conditioning and a water cooler for your needs.

Feel free to stop in and cool down while the high heat index continues to make daily functions stressful to individual’s with no air conditioning.

Please check on family, friends and the elderly daily to ensure a heat related issue hasn’t arose. Be mindful of our pets as they too suffer due to lack of fresh water and shade. Relief from the sun is very necessary.
