Town of Plattekill Residents
Fees for use of the Town Pavilion WITH restrooms and kitchen:
Up to 25 people ----$50.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
26 to 50 people ----$75.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
51 to 100 people ---$100.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
101 to 150 people --$175.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
151 & above --------$250.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
MAXIMUM CAPACITY 275 people.
Any group exceeding the four hour reservation period will be charged an additional $15.00/hour.
Fees for use of the Town Pavilion WITHOUT restrooms and kitchen:
Under 50 people ----$50.00 for 4 hours plus a $100.00 returnable deposit
Fee Exempt Organizations
Local Fire Departments
Local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts
Local Civic Groups and Churches
GENERAL POLICIES
- Maximum occupancy not to exceed 275 people.
- Returnable deposits apply to all groups.
- Any Party over 50 people will need to use additional toilets beyond the portable toilets; therefore will need to rent the pavilion toilets.
- Any group going over 4 hours will be charged $15.00 for each additional hour.
- All groups must provide a deposit based upon the above fee schedule.
